How we build our Go-Karts
From chassis design to final assembly, every go-kart is crafted with precision engineering and performance in mind.
Design and Planning
Most of the go-kart components are designed in-house with sound engineering practices. The parts are 3d modeled and analysed using CAD softwares. It is then machined precisely to meet tight tolerance requirements.
Preparation and Fabrication
Our go-kart chassis is made out of special steel alloy tubes that meet our proprietary chemical composition. The recipe was perfected over the last few years to meet the demanding performance and reliability requirements. The tubes are notched and welded in-house in a jig by professional welders.
Assembly and Component Integration
The engine and other components are assembled on to the chassis by technicians to form a fully assembled and functioning go-kart.
Testing and Refinement
There's always room for improvement. That's what we believe. We put our karts through rigorous tests at tracks to iterate our designs in pursuit of peak performance.
About the Founder
A lifelong motorsport enthusiast who built his first ATV at 16 and never stopped creating. Trained in Automobile Engineering at PSG Tech and earned a Master’s from Loughborough University. Raced nationally with multiple wins while leading award-winning SAE Baja builds. Gained world-class product development experience at Jaguar Land Rover. Now channels decades of hands-on engineering into Sygato Motors - crafting high-performance karts, mini bikes, and sports cars in Coimbatore.
